Over the course of a professional career spanning nearly three decades, Colleen Lynch has produced a distinctive body of multi-dimensional works which have expanded the boundaries of two craft media: fibre and fine metals.
Her fibre hangings and free-standing pieces take traditional mat hooking techniques into new dimensions creating surprising and recognizable natural objects and images. Sterling silver sculptures, landscapes and jewelry are produced as either one-of-a-kind or original edition multiples.
