Our premis was that a significant number of business travellers and tourists wanted a practical alternative to the impersonality of a hotel.
We therefore set out to develop accomodations with amenities that surpassed the norm. Thus each room, with its own private four piece bathroom, is individually decorated using coordinated colours, furnishings, bedding, wall hangings and accent pieces.
On June 4 of 1992 we opened the first phase of Monroe House. Twenty-two hundred square feet encompassing a living and dining room, service kitchen and laundry facilities all dedicated to three large and charming guest rooms.
