Inter-Plays is a collection of literary and critical texts. The literary texts were written by well-known contemporary authors such as Henry Beissel, Alan Ayckbourn, and Roger Hall respectively from Canada, Great Britain and New Zealand. In order to widen the reader's understanding each literary contribution is followed by a critical commentary of a university scholar with the intention of providing a first interpretation and thus putting the text in perspective with regard to its meaning, its position among the other works of its author and discussing its context.
